I play mandolin, octave
mandolin, acoustic and electric guitars, whistles and English concertina. My main interests are the 'amazingly lively' ceilidh / hoedown band Doctor's Orders and the Americana duo foolproof, with singer/guitarist Sue Hudson. Currently (Autumn 2011) I'm also working with some London-based musicians on a new English music project tentatively called Fields Beneath and with two other people on a concertina trio. Also there should be some gigs coming up with songwriter Ron Trueman-Border. For availability, please see Cliff's giglist A note about the Pugwash Ceilidh Band: After many years running Pugwash, I left in order to concentrate on Doctor's Orders. My final gig with Pugwash was in early 2010 after which I and two others left to go our separate ways. Enquiries: please see contact details at bottom of page. |
